1. Information We Collect
When you use our AI relationship coaching service, we collect:
- Account Information: The name and email address from your Google account when you sign in, and your plan and usage counts
- What You Share: The answers you type into the questionnaire and your chat messages. These are sent to generate your analysis. We save the resulting analysis and your chat conversation to your account; we do not keep a separate copy of your questionnaire answers
- Payment Information: Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your plan and a customer reference, never your card number
- Usage and Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and how you interact with the site, collected through Microsoft Clarity
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide personalized relationship insights and advice
- Process your payments and manage your plan
- Respond to your questions and support requests
- Ensure the security and proper functioning of our service, including preventing abuse
- Send you occasional tips and updates, only if you opted in (you can opt out at any time)
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except:
- With your explicit consent
- To comply with legal obligations
- To protect our rights and safety
- With the service providers that operate the platform: Google Firebase (sign-in), our hosting server on Render, MindStudio (the AI service that generates your analysis and chat replies), Supabase (database storage of your saved analyses and chats), Stripe (payments), and Microsoft Clarity (usage analytics)
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
Saved analyses and chats are kept until you delete them. You can delete all of them at any time using the "Delete all my saved analyses and chats" option in the app, and each is removed from our database. To delete your account entirely, email us at the address below. We may retain payment and billing records as required by law.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Withdraw consent for data processing
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage for sign-in and to keep the site working. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which sets analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. We configure Clarity to mask the text you type and the AI responses so they are not captured in recordings. We do not use advertising cookies.
